Foreword
In order to implement the "Environmental Protection Law of the People's Republic of China", to prevent and control air pollution, to standardize the design, production, manufacture and safety of electric bag composite dust collectors.
This standard is formulated and accepted.
This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of the electric bag composite dust collector.

1 Scope of application
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, naming, basic requirements, performance requirements of the electric bag composite dust collector (hereinafter referred to as the dust collector).
Test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage.
This standard is applicable to electric bags that are installed in a box with an electric field and a filter bag area.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this standard.
3.1 electric bag composite dust collector electrostatic-fabric integrated dust collector

4 Product naming
4.1 Product Structure

5 basic requirements
5.1 Manufacturing, processing and assembly
5.1.1 The dust collector shall be manufactured, installed, commissioned, and accepted in accordance with the product drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures, and conform to JB/T 8532.
And the requirements of this standard. If the user has special requirements, it must be indicated on the order contract or technical agreement.
5.1.2 The basic type and size of welded joints shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB/T 985.1 and GB/T 985.2.
5.1.3 The welder welding parts shall comply with the provisions of JB/T 5911.
5.1.4 The coating quality of the dust collector shall comply with the requirements of HJ/T 328.
5.1.5 On-site installation is performed in accordance with the requirements of JB/T 8536 and JB/T 8471.
5.2 Structure
5.2.1 The channel width of the electric field in the precipitator should be 400 mm.
5.2.2 The dust collection area of the dust collector electric field area should meet the requirements of Table 1.

5.2.3 The filter bag area of the dust collector can be divided into several chambers (or units), and the number of chambers (or units) can meet the requirements of Table 2.

5.2.4 The heating device should be installed in the incubator of the cathode system. If necessary, a heating device can be installed on the ash wall.
5.2.5 The hopper should be equipped with accessories such as level detection device, cleaning device and ash hole.
5.2.6 The temperature detection device should be installed in the inlet and outlet boxes. If necessary, the ash bucket can be equipped with a temperature detection device.
5.3 Materials
5.3.1 Filter media for filter bags shall comply with HJ/T 324 or HJ/T 326. When using polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) filter material and glass fiber filter

5.3.2 The cleaning of the filter bag should be compressed air or clean gas (such as nitrogen), and its quality grade should meet the requirements of GB/T 13277.1;

5.4 Main components
5.4.1 The processing of major components shall comply with the provisions of JB/T 5908 and JB/T 5917.
5.4.2 The manufacture, testing and acceptance of the gas distribution box shall comply with the provisions of GB 150 and the “Safety Technical Supervision Regulations for Pressure Vessels”.
5.4.3 The flower board should be laser processed and in accordance with HJ/T 328.
5.4.4 The filter bag shall comply with the requirements of HJ/T 327.
5.4.5 The filter bag frame shall comply with the provisions of HJ/T 325 and JB/T 5917, and the mechanical strength of the material shall not be lower than that specified in GB/T 700.

5.4.6 When the rotary cleaning mechanism is used, the rotary mechanism should be operated smoothly and the rotary shaft should have good sealing performance.
5.5 Supporting electrical appliances
5.5.1 High voltage power supply
The high-voltage power supply should comply with the HJ/T 320 regulations and encourage the use of new high-voltage power supplies.
5.5.2 Electrical control unit
The electric control device should be able to control the process of cathode and anode rapping, incubator heating and ash bucket heating in the electric field, and can control the filter bag area.
The cleaning system has functions such as security protection and alarm.
5.6 Applicable conditions
a) The temperature of the imported dusty gas is ≤250 °C;
b) The dust concentration of the inlet gas in the standard state is ≤1500 g/m3 (standard state, dry basis);
c) Under working conditions, the pressure of the dust-containing gas is in the range of -20.0 kPa to 10.0 kPa (gauge pressure).
6 Performance requirements
6.1 Performance
6.1.1 The dust concentration of the outlet gas of the dust collector shall comply with the national and local emission standards and the limits specified in the contract;
6.1.2 Pressure drop between the inlet and outlet flanges of the dust collector. When the filtered wind speed is ≥1.3 m/min, the pressure drop should be ≤1200 Pa;
6.1.3 The air leakage rate of the dust collector shall be ≤ 3 %;
6.1.4 The service life of the filter bag is not less than 2 years, and the annual damage rate of the filter bag is ≤1% within 2 years.
6.2 Security
6.2.1 Safety technical requirements for stairs, protective railings and platforms shall comply with the provisions of GB 4053.1 to GB 4053.4.
6.2.2 Lighting devices shall be provided at the stairs, the maintenance platform, the platform of the ash discharge device, etc.
6.2.3 The dust collector manhole door and high voltage switch cabinet door shall be safely interlocked with the high voltage power supply.
6.2.4 The dust collector shall be provided with a special grounding grid. The connection between the outer casing and the grounding grid shall not be less than 6 points, and the grounding resistance shall be less than 2Ω.
6.2.5 The noise of the dust collector shall not exceed 85 dB(A).
6.2.6 The compressed air system of the dust collector shall be provided with a pressure relief valve.
6.2.7 The dust collector can work safely under the pressure conditions of dusty gas. When the dust collector is running, ensure that the resistance of the dust-containing gas passage does not occur.
Mutation (pressure rise rate or decline rate is not more than 40 Pa/s) and no airflow blockage.
6.2.8 The dust collector shall be provided with a dust-containing gas over-temperature alarm device at the inlet end.
7 Test methods
7.1 The test method for the dust concentration, pressure drop and air leakage rate of the outlet gas of the dust collector shall be in accordance with GB/T 13931.
7.2 The main parts of the electric dust removal area shall be inspected in accordance with JB/T 5908.
7.3 Inspection of filter bags shall be in accordance with HJ/T 327.
7.4 Inspection of the filter bag frame is in accordance with HJ/T 325.
7.5 Inspection of filter media is as specified in HJ/T 324 or HJ/T 326.
7.6 Grounding resistance is determined in accordance with GB 50169.
7.7 The noise is measured according to GB 12348.
7.8 Other tests
For tools used for geometric dimensional inspection, the accuracy level should not be less than 2 levels.
8 Inspection rules
8.1 Inspection classification
The inspection of the dust collector is divided into factory inspection, installation inspection and type inspection.
8.2 Factory inspection
8.2.1 All the parts and components of each precipitator shall be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer.
8.2.2 The inspection items are shown in Table 4.
8.3 Installation inspection
Installation inspection is performed on site and is performed in accordance with JB/T 8536 and JB/T 8471.
8.4 Type test
Type inspection shall be carried out in any of the following circumstances.
a) trial production of new products or production of old products;
b) When there is a major change in product structure, materials, main components, processes, etc., which may affect product performance;
c) in batch production, after regular or after reaching a certain amount of production;
d) The product is discontinued for a long time (more than three years) and needs to be resumed during production;
e) When the factory inspection result is significantly different from the previous type inspection.
8.4.1 Sampling method. random sampling, the number of samples does not exceed 2 units.
8.4.2 The inspection items are shown in Table 4.

8.5 Decision rules
8.5.1 The results of the inspection shall comply with the provisions of Chapters 4, 5 and 6.
8.5.2 Main performance indicators of the precipitator during type inspection When there is an unqualified item in the dust concentration, pressure drop and air leakage rate of the outlet gas, the return is allowed.
Repair inspection until qualified; if any of the other items are unqualified, it shall be doubled and re-examined. If it still does not meet the requirements, it shall be judged as unqualified.
9 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
9.1 mark
9.1.1 Fix the product nameplate in an appropriate and obvious position, the type and size of which shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB/T 13306.
9.1.2 The packaging mark shall include the receipt and delivery mark, the package storage and transportation icon mark, and shall comply with the provisions of GB 191 and GB/T 6388.
The instruction manual should be prepared in accordance with the requirements of GB/T 9969.
9.2 Packaging, transportation and storage
9.2.1 The main parts of the dust collector body shall comply with the provisions of JB/T 5908 and HJ/T 328, and the gas distribution box shall comply with the provisions of JB/T 4711,
The rest is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 13384.
9.2.2 The filter bag frame shall be packed in sections and in full boxes. The packaging shall be made of a solid frame such as iron flower blue, and the waterproofing shall be made of materials such as tarpaulin.
9.2.3 Filter bags, filter bag frames, and pulse valves shall be transported in a clean caravan or ship.
9.2.4 The filter bag, filter bag frame and pulse valve should be stored in a dry and ventilated environment that is not exposed to the sun or rain.
