Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces GB/T 9443-2007 "Infiltration test of cast steel parts". This standard is compared with GB/T 9443-2007, except for editorial repair
The main technical contents of the change are as follows.
--- Revised the scope of application of the standard (see Chapter 1);
--- Added terms and definitions (see Chapter 3);
--- Increased testing methods (see 4.3), materials and equipment (see 4.1.1), test blocks (see 4.1.3), temperatures above 50 ° C and below 10 ° C
Penetration test (see 4.1.1);
--- Revised the quality rating (see Chapter 6, Chapter 6 of the.2007 edition);
--- Added re-inspection (see Chapter 7), test records and reports (see Chapter 8);
--- Removed the original Appendix A, Appendix B, Appendix C, and added new Appendix B, Appendix D, Appendix E;
--- Revised the original Appendix D for the new Appendix C.
This standard uses the redrafting method to modify the use of ISO 4987.2010 "steel infiltration test". This standard and ISO 4987.2010
In comparison, there are many adjustments in the structure. Table A.1 in Appendix A lists the checklist of the standard number of this standard and ISO 4987.2010.
There are technical differences between this standard and ISO 4987.2010. Table A.2 in Appendix A gives the corresponding technical differences and their causes.
