If the buyer has other requirements for the grade, supply state and dimensions, they shall be determined through negotiation between the supplier and the buyer, and shall be noted in the order form (or contract). 7.6.3.1 If the tensile mechanical properties at room temperature, conductivity, resistance to stress corrosion, or susceptibility to intergranular corrosion of any specimen is unqualified, the batch (or heat of heat treatment) of products will be judged to be unqualified or shall be implemented in accordance with 7.6.3.2. 7.6.3.2 If the heat of heat treatment of the product can be distinguished, double number of specimens shall be taken from the heat of heat treatment represented by the specimen for repeated testing; if the heat of heat treatment cannot be distinguished, double number of specimens shall be taken from the batch of products for repeated testing (including products represented by unqualified specimens from the first sampling). If the repeated test results are all qualified, the product of this batch (or heat of heat treatment) will be judged to be qualified; if there are still specimen properties that are unqualified in the repeated test results, the product of this batch (or heat of heat treatment) will be judged to be unqualified. After the agreement between the supplier and the buyer, the supplier is allowed to inspect the finished products one by one, and the qualified ones will be delivered or implemented in accordance with 7.6.3.3. 7.6.3.3 After the supplier repeats the heat treatment, all inspection items in Table 10 except chemical composition, dimensional deviation, and appearance quality shall be inspected according to the heat. The sampling quantity shall be in accordance with Table 10. When all inspection results are qualified, the batch of products is deemed to be qualified; otherwise, the batch of products is deemed to be unqualified. 7.6.4 Ultrasonic flaw detection level If the ultrasonic flaw detection level of any tube fails, the tube will be deemed unqualified. 7.6.5 Macrostructure If the macrostructure of any specimen fails, it shall be handled as follows. a) When the tubes are unqualified due to metallurgical defects such as cracks, blowholes, bright grains, non-metallic inclusions, compound segregation or intermetallic compounds, the batch of tubes will be judged to be unqualified. However, after negotiation between the supply and demand parties, the supplier can inspect one by one and deliver the qualified ones. b) When a tube is unqualified due to back end condition, peripheral coarse grain, or lamination, it is allowed to cut off a section from the extruded tail end of the tube and then re-inspect until it is delivered qualified. Other tubes in the batch shall be cut tail according to the maximum length of the distribution of the above-mentioned defects on the inspected tube, or inspected one by one, and those that pass the test will be delivered. 7.6.6 Microstructure When the microstructure of any specimen fails, if the tube's heat of heat treatment can be distinguished, the heat of heat treatment represented by the specimen will be judged to be unqualified; other heats will be inspected in sequence, and the qualified one will be delivered. If the heat of heat treatment cannot be distinguished, the batch of tubes will be judged to be unqualified. 7.6.7 Appearance quality If the appearance quality of any tube fails, the tube will be deemed unqualified. It is allowed to cut off the unqualified parts then re-inspect and deliver the qualified parts. 8 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage, and quality certificate 8.1 Marking 8.1.1 Product marking Product identification shall comply with the regulations of GB/T 42916. 8.1.2 Packaging box marking The packaging box marking of tubes shall comply with the regulations of GB/T 3199. 8.2 Packaging, transportation, and storage The tubes are not packaged with oil, and the packaging method shall be specified in the order form (or contract); if not specified, it will be a bare package or simple packaging. Other packaging, transportation, and storage shall comply with the regulations of GB/T 3199. 8.3 Quality Certificate Each batch of tubes shall be accompanied by a product quality certificate stating: a) Name of supplier; b) Product name; c) Grade, supply state, and dimensions; d) Product batch number; e) Net weight; ......
