This document applies to high pressure metal die casting units, including die casting machine and its auxiliary devices, such as heat preservation and pouring device, picking and conveying device, spraying device, mold temperature control device, cleaning and repairing device, inserting device, detection device, system safety device, collection, discharge, dust removal device, vacuum device, marking device, integrated control device, but not limited to the above devices. It applies to low-pressure casting, squeeze casting and other casting units as reference. 2 Normative references The contents of the following documents constitute the indispensable clauses of this document through normative references in the text. For dated references, only the version corresponding to that date is applicable to this document; for undated references, the latest version (including all amendments) is applicable to this document. GB/T 3766, Hydraulic fluid power - General rules and safety requirements for systems and their components GB/T 5226.1, Electrical safety of machinery - Electrical equipment of machines - Part 1: General requirements GB/T 7932, Pneumatic fluid power - General rules and safety requirements for systems and their components GB/T 7935, Hydraulic fluid power - General requirements for hydraulic components GB/T 9969, General principles for preparation of instructions for use of industrial products GB 20906, Safety requirements for high pressure metal diecasting units 4.1.6 The working fluid medium of the high pressure metal die casting unit shall meet the requirements of the technical documents; the cleanliness of the hydraulic system of the die casting unit shall meet the requirements of 6.4 in GB/T 31562-2015; the cleanliness code is 22/19. 4.1.7 The regulating valve stem of each control mechanism of the high pressure metal die casting unit shall be flexible, reliable and positioned correctly after assembly. 4.1.8 The safety of the high pressure metal die casting unit shall meet the requirements of GB 20906. 4.1.9 There shall be a safety interlock function between the die casting machine and the picking, spraying, heat preservation and pouring devices, so as to prevent mechanical damage which is caused by malfunction. 4.1.10 In abnormal situations such as power failure, each device shall have a mechanical anti-drop function. 4.1.11 The technical documents that are provided with the high pressure metal die casting unit shall at least include operation instruction manual, certificate of conformity, and packing list. The operation instruction manual shall meet the requirements of GB/T 9969. 4.2 Die casting machine 4.2.1 The die casting machine shall have manual, semi-automatic and automatic working modes. 4.2.2 The cold chamber die casting machine shall meet the requirements of GB/T 21269. 4.2.3 The hot-chamber die casting machine shall meet the requirements of JB/T 6309.3. 4.3 Heat preservation and pouring device 4.3.1 The melting furnace shall meet the requirements of JB/T 13238. 4.3.2 The holding furnace shall meet the working range of the die casting machine and the heat preservation and pouring device. 4.3.3 The holding furnace shall have the operating parameter information transmission function, to feed back information such as temperature to the integrated control system. 4.3.4 The heat preservation and pouring device shall meet the requirements of JB/T 11554.2. shall return to the original position of the robot after completing a spraying cycle instead of manually. 4.6 Mold temperature control device 4.6.1 The mold temperature control device shall have a medium recovery function. 4.6.2 The mold temperature control device shall have heating, cooling and constant-temperature functions. 4.6.3 The working pressure of the mold temperature control device shall be less than or equal to 1.0 MPa. 4.6.4 The temperature of the water circulation mold temperature control device shall be less than or equal to 180 °C. 4.6.5 The temperature of the oil circulation mold temperature control device shall be less than or equal to 320 °C. 4.6.6 The temperature control accuracy of the mold temperature control device should be ±1 °C. 4.7 Cleaning and repairing device 4.7.1 The cleaning and repairing device shall not cause damage to the die casting body. 4.7.2 The cycle period of the cleaning and repairing device shall be less than the die casting cycle period. 4.7.3 The cleaning and repairing device shall have a debris recovery function. 4.7.4 The cleaning and repairing device shall be equipped with a waste container underneath. 4.8 Inserting device 4.8.1 The inserting device shall have manual, semi-automatic and automatic feeding functions. 4.8.2 The inserting device shall have the detection function of positioning in place. 4.8.3 Complete the fixed-point transmission of the insert; the repeated positioning accuracy and temperature of the insert shall meet the requirements of the die casting process. a) Ordinary vacuum die casting. The cavity vacuum degree shall be controlled at 0.01 MPa ~ 0.02 MPa; the die castings shall not be heat treated or welded. b) High vacuum die casting. The cavity vacuum degree shall be controlled at 0.005 MPa ~ 0.01 MPa; the die castings can be heat treated or welded, but they shall not be used in the production of structural parts. c) Ultra-vacuum die casting. The cavity vacuum degree shall be controlled to less than 0.005 MPa; the die castings can be heat-treated or welded, and can be used in the production of structural parts. 4.13 Marking device 4.13.1 The marking device shall have an editing function to edit the required codes. 4.13.2 The marking device shall ensure one code per casting. 4.13.3 The bar code, text, pattern and other marks on the surface of the casting shall be clearly visible. 4.13.4 The marking device shall have the operating parameter information transmission function, to feed back the coding information to the integrated control system. 4.14 Integrated control device 4.14.1 The integrated control device of the high pressure metal die casting unit shall be compatible and adopt a distributed structure in the form of a fieldbus or other open systems. 4.14.2 The integrated control device of the high pressure metal die casting unit and various auxiliary devices shall be able to realize data control and transmission through the communication interface, using an open communication protocol. 4.14.3 The integrated control device of the high pressure metal die casting unit shall have basic functions such as fault display and alarm, safety linkage and control, data setting, status display, data traceability. 4.14.4 The data storage space of the high pressure metal die casting unit shall be greater than 1Gbyte or the external large-capacity storage, and shall have data recording and traceability functions. 4.14.5 The control device of the high pressure metal die casting unit shall have high safety, high reliability and maintainability; there shall be action interlocking 5.7 The time of one empty cycle of the high pressure metal die casting unit shall not be greater than the sum of the shortest cycle time that is specified by the device. 6 Load running requirements 6.1 The high pressure metal die casting unit shall be subjected to an idle running test before load running. 6.2 Under normal operating conditions, carry out the physical die-casting test; during the test, various parameters shall meet the design requirements. 6.3 The action of the movement mechanism of each device shall be flexible, stable, accurate and coordinated. 7 Inspection methods 7.1 The cold chamber die casting machine shall be inspected in compliance with the provisions of GB/T 21269. 7.2 The hot-chamber die casting machine shall be inspected in compliance with the provisions of JB/T 6309.3. 7.3 The spraying device shall be inspected in compliance with the provisions of JB/T 12284.2. 7.4 An empty cycle time shall be tested with a stopwatch; its reading is the time from the start of the high pressure metal die casting unit's mold closing action to the end of the spraying work. 7.5 The noise shall be inspected in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 25371. 7.6 The feeding device shall be inspected in compliance with the provisions of JB/T 11554.2. 7.7 The cleanliness of the hydraulic system of the high pressure metal die casting unit shall be tested in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 31562- 2015. 7.8 Determination of the vacuum valve closing response time: a) Oscilloscope: time scale of 0.000 1 s; b) Connect the vacuum valve closing signal and the completion signal of the vacuum valve closing action to the oscilloscope; ......
