GB/T 32960 “Technical Specifications of Remote Service and Management System for
Electric Vehicles” is divided into three parts.
-- Part 1. General Rules;
-- Part 2. On-board Terminal; and
-- Part 3. Communication Protocol and Data Format.
This Part is Part 1 of GB/T 32960.
This Part was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This Part was proposed by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the
People's Republic of China.
This Part shall be under the jurisdiction of the National Technical Committee of Auto
Standardization (SAC/TC 114).

Part 1. General Principle
1 Scope
This Part of GB/T 32960 specifies the terms and definitions, system structure and
general specifications of the remote service and management system for electric
vehicles (hereinafter referred to as the system).
This Standard applies to the data communication between the on-board terminal of
battery electric vehicles, plug-in hybrid vehicles and fuel cell electric vehicles, the
vehicle enterprise platform and the public platform.

3 Terms and Definitions
For the purpose of this document, the following terms and definitions and those given
in GB/T 19596 apply.
3.1 Remote service and management system for electric vehicles
The system which acquires, processes and manages the information of electric
vehicles and provides information services for the network users. It consists of public
platform, enterprise platform and on-board terminal.
