1 Scope
This document specifies the use of liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) for the determination of 27 ionic perfluorinated compounds in textile dyeing and finishing auxiliaries.
The method for the content of fluorinated telomeres, and the use of gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) to determine the four fluorinated telomer alcohols (FTOH) and
3 methods of fluorinated acrylate (FTA) content.
This document is applicable to the determination of 34 perfluorinated compounds (see Appendix A) in various textile dyeing and finishing auxiliaries.

4 Liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS)
4.1 Principle
Using methanol as the solvent, ultrasonic extraction was used to extract 27 ionic perfluorinated compounds in the sample, and the extract was coupled with liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry.
Measure and confirm with instrument, and quantify with external standard method.
4.2 Reagents or materials
Unless otherwise specified, only use reagents confirmed to be analytically pure and the first-grade water specified in GB/T 6682.
4.2.1 Methanol, chromatographically pure.
4.2.2 Acetonitrile, chromatographically pure.
4.2.3 27 kinds of ionic perfluorinated compound standard materials, purity ≥95% (mass fraction), see serial numbers 1~27 in Table A.1.
4.2.4 Ammonium acetate aqueous solution, 5mmol/L. accurately weigh 0.385g of ammonium acetate and dissolve in water, transfer to a 1L volumetric flask and dilute to the mark.
Shake well.
4.2.5 Standard stock solution of ionic perfluorinated compounds,.200mg/L. accurately weigh 27 kinds of standard ionic perfluorinated compounds (4.2.3)
