The original record retention period shall not be less than the equipment service life. 5.1.8 The installer shall, according to the requirements of design documents, installation process and installation specifications, guarantee installation quality. Provide the whole machine with conforming installation. Issue an installation certificate. Keep original records of installation and inspection process. 5.2 Machinery and structure non-destructive testing. Non-destructive testing methods and requirements are implemented in accordance with GB/T 34370. For examples of common important shafts (pin shafts) and important welds, see Annex A. 5.2.13 Dimensional tolerance and geometric tolerance of components shall meet the requirements of design documents. Unmarked dimensional tolerance and geometric tolerance of machined parts shall meet the relevant requirements of GB/T 1804 and GB/T 1184. Unmarked dimensional tolerance and geometric tolerance of the welded structure shall meet the relevant requirements of GB/T 19804. 5.2.14 The inclination tolerance between the slewing bearing surface or bearing end surface and the horizontal plane is not more than 1/1000. 5.2.15 The perpendicularity tolerance between the middle column and the horizontal plane is not more than 1/1000. 5.2.16 The perpendicularity tolerance of the center line of the lifting support arm of the passenger device to the center line of the pin at the root of the support arm is not more than 1/1000. 5.2.17 When using rack and pinion transmission, its assembly requirements shall meet the requirements of GB 50231. The contact spot requirements and measurement methods of gear meshing shall be implemented in accordance with GB 50231. 5.2.18 When using belt drive, its assembly requirements shall meet the requirements of GB 50231. The belt shall be properly tensioned without obvious deviation. The guiding device shall be flexible and reliable. 5.2.19 When using pneumatic tires for transmission or as a support, it shall ensure that the tire pressure meets the design requirements. Ensure the safety of passengers when tire pressure drops or punctures. 5.2.20 The motor, reducer and coupling shall be installed well. The co-axiality and end gap of the two shafts of the coupling shall meet the requirements of GB 50231. 5.2.21 Important structural parts shall be provided with effective drainage measures. There shall be no residual water on the outer surface and inside of the structure. 5.2.22 The amusement rides astro fighter category with vibration and jumping motion when the passenger device is running, shall be set with corresponding buffer device. 5.3 Ride system uniform, detailed, bright, complete and consistent in color. The foundation shall not have uneven settlement and cracks. 5.7.4 The stress of important structure shall meet the design requirements. When necessary, the stress test shall be carried out.
