1 Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements, sample preparation, test conditions, test methods, etc. for the extrusion force test of precision roller chains (including heavy- load series), bushing chains, motorcycle chains. This standard applies to chains manufactured in accordance with the requirements of GB/T 1243-2006 and GB/T 14212-2003.Other chains with the same structure, similar type and size (excluding electroplated chains) can be implemented as a reference.

4 Technical requirements

4.1 The extrusion force of precision roller chains and bushing chains shall comply with the provisions of Table 1.The extrusion force of the heavy-duty series of precision roller chains shall comply with the provisions of Table 2 (the chain numbers and pitches in Tables 1 and 2 are the same as those in GB/T 1243).
