Foreword
YS/T 1065-2015 "zeolite determination of physical performance" is divided into the following four parts.
--- Part 1. Determination of EDTA calcium exchange capacity of titration;
--- Part 2. Determination of particle size centrifugal sedimentation method;
--- Part 3. loss on ignition - Gravimetric method;
--- Part 4. Non-ionic liquid carrying capacity (LCC) measurement.
This is Part 4.
This section drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.
The non-ferrous metal part by the National Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC243) and focal points.

Zeolite determination of physical performance
Part 4. Non-ionic liquid carrying capacity
(LCC) Determination
1 Scope
YS/T 1065 provisions of this part of the determination of non-ionic liquid zeolite carrying capacity.
This section applies to the determination of the ability of non-ionic liquid zeolite to carry. Measurement range of 40g ~ 70g.
2 principle of the method
Zeolite having ability to adsorb non-ionic, non-ionic liquid used in this part of the way to saturation adsorbed mass per 100g of zeolite adsorption
To determine the carrying capacity of the zeolite nonionic.
3 Instrument
3.1 Balance. a sense of the amount of 0.1g.
3.2 Mixer.
4 Reagents
4.1 Non-ionic surfactants. fatty alcohol ethoxylates (AEO-10).
4.2 orange dye. Commercially available.
5 measuring step
5.1 Weigh 1.0g orange dye (4.2) was dissolved in 1000mL fatty alcohol ethoxylates (4.1), the backup.
5.2 said zeolite samples taken 50.0g after drying, mixing into a blender, and uniform distribution of the zeolite samples.
5.3 with a dropper trickle a little formulated reagent (5.1), open the mixer, and uniformly stirred.
5.4 observe whether a color change of the sample reagent (5.1) the same, whether the sample was wet and sticky like particles. If no, repeat 5.3.
5.5 When a sample of zeolite-like particles were clammy, stop reagent was added, then the zeolite sample color reagent (5.1) of the same color.
5.6 weighed sample of zeolite adsorption saturation after the mass m.
6 calculated results
According to formula (1) sample of zeolite calculated nonionic liquid carrying capacity (LCC).
LCC = (m-m1) × 2 (1)
Where.
--- The LCC nonionic liquid carrying capacity of the zeolite sample in grams per 100 grams (g/100g);
