3 PRINCIPLE OF THE METHOD
Weigh a certain amount of sample in a high temperature furnace (800 ± 10) ℃ burning to calculate lost quality zeolite loss on ignition.
4 equipment and instruments
4.1 porcelain crucible. 30mL.
4.2 high-temperature furnace. can be controlled at 800 ℃ ± 10 ℃, the furnace can ensure air flow.
4.3 dryer. filled within silicone.
5 Sample
The sample is placed in the dryer and set aside.
Step 6 Analysis
6.1 Sample
Weigh 1.0g sample, accurate to 0.0001g.
6.2 Determination of the number of
Independently measured twice and averaged.
6.3 Determination
6.3.1 The porcelain crucible (4.1) into a high temperature furnace (4.2) inside at 800 ℃ ± 10 ℃ heating 30min, remove the crucible in a desiccator (4.3), the
Cooling to room temperature, quickly weighed accurately to 0.0001g.
