Na2EDTA titration
1 Scope
YS/T 1050 provisions of this part of the determination of lead, antimony concentrate zinc content.
This section applies to the determination of lead-antimony concentrate zinc content measurement range (mass fraction) of 1.00% to 10.00%.
2 Method summary
Sample with nitric acid, potassium chlorate and sulfuric acid dissolved, hydrobromide except antimony, precipitation of lead in the presence of an oxidant in the ammonia medium precipitation stars
From iron, manganese, bismuth and other interfering elements, the filtrate was added masking agent to eliminate the interference of copper, aluminum and the like, with xylenol orange as indicator, the pH value
5.0 to 6.0 in acetic acid - sodium acetate buffer solution, titrated to a solution from the standard solution with Na2EDTA purple to bright yellow as the end point.
3 Reagents
Unless otherwise indicated, this part of the reagents were analytical reagent, the water for the two water.
3.1 zinc (Zn mass fraction ≥99.99%).
3.2 ascorbic acid.
3.3 anhydrous sodium acetate.
3.4 ammonium chloride.
3.5 potassium chlorate.
3.6 hydrochloric acid (ρ = 1.19g/mL).
3.7 nitric acid (ρ = 1.42g/mL).
3.8 sulfate (ρ = 1.84g/mL).
3.9 hydrobromide (ρ = 1.49g/mL).
3.10 aqueous ammonia (ρ = 0.90g/mL).
3.11 acetic acid (ρ = 1.049g/mL).
3.12 hydrochloric acid (11).
Sulfuric acid 3.13 (11).
Sulfuric acid 3.14 (19).
Sulfuric acid 3.15 (298).
3.16 nitric acid (11).
3.17 ammonia (11).
3.18 washing solution. Weigh 2g of ammonium chloride (3.4) dissolved in 100mL of water, ammonia added 0.5mL (3.17) and mix.
