Bismuth oxide chemical analysis
Part 5. Determination of moisture content - Gravimetric method
1 Scope
YS/T 1014 This section specifies the method for determination of bismuth trioxide in water.
This section applies to the determination of bismuth trioxide in water. The measurement range. 0.05 to 0.30%.
2 Method summary
Weigh a certain amount of the sample, placed in a weighing bottle, dried at 105 ℃ ± 5 ℃, thereby calculate the sample moisture content.
3 Instrument
3.1 Analysis of balance. a sense of the amount of 0.1mg.
3.2 Ovens. temperature can be stabilized at 105 ℃ ± 5 ℃, while not drying oven other materials.
3.3 dryer.
4 Sample
Sample required uniform, dry and seal intact.
Step 5 Analysis
5.1 Sample
Weigh 15g sample, accurate to 0.0001g.
5.2 Determination of the number of
Independently measured twice and averaged.
5.3 Determination
A sample (5.1) has been placed at 105 ℃ ± 5 ℃ constant weighing bottle and weighed, placed in a constant temperature oven dry at 105 ℃ ± 5 ℃
After removing the drying 2h, cooled in a desiccator 20min, weighing, and then into the oven, remove the rear 105 ℃ ± 5 ℃ dried 1h, in the dryer
Cooling 20min, weighing, and so forth until dry constant (around mass not greater than 0.0003g may be regarded as constant).
Calculation results of the analysis of 6
