The specification applies to the test of 900/1800MHz TDMA Digital Cellular Mobile
Telecommunication Network General Packet Radio Service (GPRS) Equipment. Mobile
Stations (MS). The contents except for GPRS related ones are not applicable to GSM mobile
station that does not support GPRS.
