Determination of pesticide residues in soil organic
Gas chromatography
1 Scope
This standard specifies the organochlorine pesticide residues in soil by gas chromatography.
This standard applies to soil 21 organochlorine pesticide residues determination. The method for determining soil 21 organochlorine pesticide residues
The detection limit and the limit of quantification in Appendix A.
Note 1. For the soil in different regions, the process will not interfere with peak non-organic pesticide substances and the measurement result of the error. But this does not
This means that the method is applicable to all types of soil, areas, and therefore the measurement result of unknown causes significantly higher demand careful study, use quality
Spectral detector chromatogram confirmed the chemical structure of substances.
NOTE 2. ISO 1750 are listed in Appendix A of organochlorine pesticide chemical name and common name of the structural formula corresponding.
2 Normative references
The following documents for the application of this document is essential. For dated references, only the dated version suitable for use herein
Member. For undated references, the latest edition (including any amendments) applies to this document.
Laboratory use specifications and test methods GB/T 6682 Analysis

Principle 3
A mixture of organic solvent extraction of soil sample in a Soxhlet extractor, after Florisil SPE column with electron capture detection with
GC detection of organochlorine pesticides in the composition, the use of external calibration curve for quantitative analysis.
4 Reagents and materials
The reagents should apply to pesticide residue analysis, in accordance with the sample measurement (extraction and gas chromatography) The same procedure as blank test
To check its purity, should be achieved no significant effect on the determination of pesticide residues on the reagent blank peak chromatogram baseline. Water should reach GB/T 6682
