3 PRINCIPLE OF THE METHOD
Chlorine residual samples ester alachlor in 1% acetic acid in acetonitrile extraction, dispersive SPE purification agent, liquid chromatography - tandem mass spectrometer,
External standard.
4 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise indicated, the reagents used were HPLC grade water as a water line with GB/T 6682 regulations.
4.1 acetonitrile.
4.2 ammonium acetate.
4.3 acetic acid.
4.4 formic acid.
4.5 anhydrous magnesium. AR.
4.6 anhydrous sodium acetate. AR.
4.7 acetate - acetonitrile (1 + 99, by volume). Take 10mL acetic acid (4.3), was added 990mL of acetonitrile (4.1) and mix.
4.8 5mmol/L ammonium acetate solution (containing 0.1% formic acid). Weigh accurately 77.0mg ammonium acetate (4.2) in 200mL flask, first
After adding a small amount of water to dissolve 200μL formic acid (4.4), then with water to volume, and mix, using now.
4.9 chloro ester alachlor standards (cloransulam-methyl). CAS. 147150-35-4, molecular formula C15H13FN5O5SCl, molecular

Alachlor standard stock solution 4.10 chloro ester. Accurately weigh an appropriate amount of chlorine ester alachlor standards (accurate to 0.1mg), dissolve with acetonitrile with
Standard stock solution made 1000μg/mL, and stored at -18 ℃.
4.11 chloro ester alachlor standard solution. diluted with acetonitrile needed to 1μg/mL standard solution, stored at -18 ℃.
4.12 matrix blank solution. negative samples after different substrates were treated in accordance with Chapter 7 of the resulting solution.
4.13 matrix standard working solution. According to the experiments need to learn the right amount of chlorine ester alachlor standard working solution was diluted with an appropriate matrix blank solution
Concentration of standard working solution, using now.
4.14 GCB adsorbent. 120μm ~ 400μm.
