2 Method summary
Sample water - acetone extract, the extract liquid-liquid extraction with dichloromethane after purification by gel permeation chromatography, high performance liquid chromatography - mass spectrometry /

3 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise specified, all reagents were of analytical grade, water is deionized water.
3.1 Methanol, HPLC grade.
3.2 formic acid, chromatography.
3.3 cyclohexane.
3.4 ethyl acetate.
3.5 acetone.
3.6 dichloromethane.
3.7 sodium chloride.
3.8 anhydrous sodium sulfate. After burning 650 ℃ 4h, placed in the dryer set aside.
3.9 15% sodium chloride solution. Weigh accurately determine 150g of sodium chloride dissolved in water and dilute to 1L flask, and mix well.
3.10 ethyl acetate - cyclohexane (50 + 50, volume ratio). an equal volume of ethyl acetate and cyclohexane miscible.
3.11 methanol + water (50 + 50, volume ratio). an equal volume of methanol and water miscible.
3.12 45 kinds of pesticide standards (specific pesticide name, English name and CAS number in Appendix A Table A.1 and A.2). Purity
