1 Scope
This standard specifies the import and export of animal-derived foods nicarbazin (symbol residue are double-nitro-diphenyl urea) and imidocarb Residues
Liquid chromatography and liquid chromatography - Determination of MS/MS method.
This standard applies to beef, chicken, beef liver, chicken liver and eggs nicarbazin and imidocarb residues measured and confirmed.
2 Method summary
Samples were extracted with acetonitrile under basic conditions, liquid distribution hexane solution imidocarb subject to weak cation exchange solid phase extraction (SPE), with
Liquid chromatography, external standard; liquid chromatography - mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry and confirmed, the amount of internal standard are dual-nitro-diphenyl urea, external standard
Amount imidocarb.
