3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this part of the SN/T 2294's.
3.1

4 General requirements
4.1 Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine (hereinafter referred to as AQSIQ) Technology Management department is responsible for the national entry-exit inspection and quarantine real

4.2 Services provided by the laboratory should meet the needs of inspection and quarantine work.
4.3 The laboratory shall establish a management system according to GB/T 27025 requirements, and the Chinese National Accreditation Board for Conformity Assessment (CNAS)
Qualification recognition and Certification and Accreditation Administration Committee identified.
4.4 The laboratory shall ensure the impartiality and independence, are not affected by the commercial, financial or other conflict of interest.
4.5 The laboratory shall within the period promised by the inspection and quarantine, inspection and quarantine issued accurate results.
4.6 The laboratory shall actively participate in proficiency testing, comparison tests and other activities to improve the laboratory testing capacity and technical level.
