1 Scope

4 Reagents

Direct use of certified standard solution, its concentration of 1000μg/mL. 4.5 lead standard working solution. the lead standard stock solution (4.3) with 0.5mol/L nitrate (4.2) stepwise diluted to 1.0μg/mL. 4.6 Cadmium standard working solution. cadmium standard stock solution (4.4) with 0.5mol/L nitrate (4.2) by serial dilution to 0.010μg/mL. 5. Apparatus 5.1 Atomic absorption spectrophotometer. with graphite furnace atomic devices. 5.2 water bath. 5.3 microwave digestion. 5.4 ultrasonic device. Than 5.5 colorimetric tube. 25mL. 5.6 Analysis of balance. a sense of the amount of 0.1mg.

6 Sample

Samples according to GB/T 2010 were prepared, then milled so that all through 325 mesh, save backup in a desiccator.

7 Procedure
