1 Scope

3 PRINCIPLE OF THE METHOD
The aqueous food simulants soaking solution directly with a flame ionization detector gas chromatography instruments measured; olive oil with ethanol soaking liquid water simulation

4 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise specified, the reagents were of analytical grade, water is deionized water.
4.1 methanol.
4.2 ethanol.
4.3 n-heptane.
4.4 aqueous ethanol (1 + 2). Measure 200mL of absolute ethanol (4.2) in 1000mL beaker was added 400mL of water, and mix.
An aqueous solution of dipotassium hydrogen phosphate, 4.5. 0.5mol/L. Take 86g of potassium phosphate dibasic, dissolved in water, dilute to 1000mL.
4.6 olive oil.
4.7 caprolactam standard substance (Caprolactam, CAS105-60-2). not less than 99% purity.
4.8 octanamide standard substance (8-Caprylolactam, CAS935-30-8). purity greater than or equal to 99%.
4.9 caprolactam standard stock solution. Weigh accurately caprolactam 50.0mg (4.7) in 100mL flask, add a small amount of methanol
(4.1) and dissolved with methanol to volume.
Lactam standard stock solution within 4.10 oct. Weigh accurately oct-lactam 35.0mg (4.8) in 100mL flask, add a small amount of methanol
(4.1) and dissolved with methanol to volume.
Within 4.11 octanamide internal standard working solution. accurate Pipette 10mL internal standard stock solution (4.10) in 50mL volumetric flask, constant volume with methanol
