Warning. Use of this person should be a standard laboratory qualifications and experience of time. This standard does not point out all possible security
Wide issues. The user's responsibility to take appropriate safety and health protection measures.
1 Scope
This standard specifies the Teflon material (Teflon) and fluorine non-stick coating material perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA) gas chromatography - mass spectroscopy
Setting Method.
This standard applies to raw materials and fluorine-containing fluorine-containing non-stick measuring caprylic (PFOA) content of perfluorinated coating.
The low standard of PFOA detection limit of 0.01mg/kg.
Principle 2
Fluorinated or non-stick coating material samples with methanol, water extraction, and the extract was evaporated under acid catalysis esterification with methanol by gas
Chromatography - mass spectrometer for qualitative and quantitative analysis.
3 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise specified, all reagents were of analytical grade, double distilled water or water of equivalent purity.
3.1 methanol.
3.2 hexane. chromatographically pure.
3.3 anhydrous sodium carbonate.
3.4 sodium hydroxide.
3.5 acetyl chloride (methylene sulfone). pure class distinctions.
3.6 methanol + water (1 + 1). Measure 100mL of methanol (3.1) was mixed with 100mL of water.
3.7 10% sodium carbonate solution. Weigh 10g of anhydrous sodium carbonate (AR) was dissolved in 90g of water dubbed.
3.8% sodium hydroxide solution. Weigh 5g of sodium hydroxide (analytical grade) was dissolved in 95g of water dubbed.
3.9 perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA). purity > 99%.
3.10 perfluoro decanoic acid (PFDA). purity > 99%.
3.11 PFOA standard solution (50mg/L). Weigh accurately the right amount of PFOA standard substance (3.9) (accurate to 0.1mg), methanol
(3.1) formulated as 50mg/L standard stock solution. Seal stored in refrigerator at 4 ℃, valid for two months.
3.12 PFDA stock standard solution (10mg/L). Weigh accurately the right amount of PFDA standard substance (3.10) (accurate to 0.1mg), with A
Alcohol (3.1) formulated as 10mg/L standard stock solution. Seal stored in 4 ℃ refrigerator spare.
4 instruments and equipment
4.1 Gas chromatography - mass spectrometry (GC-MS), with EI source.
4.2 meter microwave extraction apparatus.
Heating tube reactor with condensed 4.3 (derived tube) (see Appendix A).
4.4 ultrasound water bath.
5 Sample Preparation
For powdered Teflon material, by mixing the sample can be directly called. Membrane material should be cut into 5mm × 5mm small pieces, and mix the sample to be weighed. Fluorine
