1 Scope
This standard specifies the agricultural exports trichlorfon residues LC - MS/MS method for the detection and confirmation.

Samples with cyclohexane ethyl acetate (11 volume) extraction by gel permeation chromatography, eluted with methanol-water (11 volume) constant volume,

4 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise specified, the reagents were of analytical grade water as a water GB/T 6682 regulations.
4.1 Cyclohexane. HPLC fractions.
4.2 Methanol. HPLC fractions.
4.3 ethyl acetate. residual level.
4.4 over anhydrous sodium. 650 ℃ burning 4h, stored in a sealed container for later.
4.5 Cyclohexane Ethyl acetate. (11 volume). amount of 100mL and 100mL cyclohexane, n-hexane, and mix.
4.6 ammonium acetate. pure class distinctions.
4.7 50mmol/L ammonium acetate solution. Weigh 0.385g of ammonium acetate dissolved in 1000mL water.
Trichlorfon 4.8 standard (trichlorfon, CAS number. 52-68-6, molecular formula. C4H8Cl3O4P). not less than 98.0% purity.
4.9 trichlorfon standard stock solution. accurately weighed amount of trichlorfon standards, prepared in methanol at a concentration of 100μg/mL of standard stock
Preparation of the solution. The solution was stored at 0 ℃ ~ 4 ℃ refrigerator.
4.10 trichlorfon standard solution. as needed trichlorfon standard stock solution (3.10) diluted to a suitable concentration of the standard work with methanol
As a solution. The solution was stored at 0 ℃ ~ 4 ℃ refrigerator.
4.11 organic microporous membrane. 0.20μm, 0.45μm.
