1 Scope

This Standard specifies the technical requirements, test method, inspection rules, marks, packaging, storage and preservation of automotive electric equipment. This Standard is applicable to automotive electric equipment (motor, electrical and electronic products, hereinafter referred to as the product).

2 Normative references

The following standards contain the provisions which, through reference in this Standard, constitute the provisions of this Standard. For dated references, subsequent amendments (excluding corrections) or revisions do not apply to this Standard. 3 Technical requirements

3.1 General 3.1.1 Documentation The product shall meet requirements of this Standard and product standards of each classification and shall be manufactured according to the drawings and design documents approved by the specified procedures. 3.1.2 Normal working conditions Under the following atmospheric conditions, the product shall be of rated values. 3.1.3 Temperature range According to the installation parts and the conditions of use, the product��s working temperature and storage temperature ranges are shown in Table 1. 3.1.4 Working voltage range The nominal voltages of the product. 12 V, 24 V. Its working voltage ranges are shown in Table 2. 3.15 Single, double line system and ground connection polarity The product can be made in single line system or double line system. When it is in single line system, it shall make its negative electrode ground connected. 3.1.6 Rotation direction Rotation direction of the product axis shall generally be clockwise. The determination methods for its rotation directions. 3.2 Product appearance and basic performance parameters 3.2.1 The appearance, installation dimensions and marks of the product shall conform to the specifications of the product drawing. 3.2.2 The electrical performance parameters of the product shall be specified in the product standard. 3.2.3 The low voltage wire harness used in the product shall comply with the provisions of QC/T 29106. 3.4 Noise level When required for the noise level of the product, it shall be specified in the product standard. 3.5 Over-speed performance of rotating electrical product The rotary electrical products should have the over-speed ability to withstand 1.2 times the maximum working speed (for the motors, according to no-load speed). The product of continuous quota work system lasts 2 min. The product of short-term quota work system lasts 20 s. After the test, the product should be no damage; performances should be consistent with the provisions of 3.2.2 and 3.2.4. 3.6 Protective performance 3.6.1 General The product shall be generally indicated with the protection level representing its protective performance. The protection levels shall respectively comply with the provisions of GB/T 4942.1 and GB/T 4942.2.Special requirements for the product shall be specified in the product standard. 3.9 Electromagnetic compatibility 3.9.1 Electromagnetic immunity 3.9.1.1 The product��s electromagnetic immunity shall comply with relevant provisions of GB/T 17619. 3.10 Temperature resistance 3.10.1 Low temperature resistance The product shall be subjected to the 8-hour low temperature test at the lower shelf temperature specified in Table 1.After the product is restored to normal temperature, its performance should meet the requirements of 3.2.2. 3.10.2 High temperature resistance The product shall be subjected to the 8-hour high temperature test at the upper shelf temperature specified in Table 1.After the product is restored to normal temperature, its performance should meet the requirements of 3.2.2.

4 Test method

4.1 General test conditions 4.1.1 Test documentation The test documentation shall be in accordance with the provision of 3.1.1. Generally, there shall be technical conditions and product outline. 4.1.5 Test instrument The voltage meter, ammeter used for testing should not be less than 0.5; tachometer accuracy should not be less than 1%. 4.1.6 Test equipment 4.2 Detection of appearance and performance parameter 4.2.1 The product appearance shall be detected by general or special gage. The appearance and marks shall be inspected by visual observation. 4.2.2 The detection method for electrical performance parameters shall be specified in the product standard. 4.3 Temperature rise test 4.3.1 The instrument for temperature measurement and the specific measurement method are specified by the product standard. Under normal circumstances, it shall use thermometer or resistance method to measure. When measured with a thermometer, the thermometer is in close contact with the surface of the component under test. 4.3.2 The temperature rise test of the continuous quota product is carried out after the temperature rise is stable. If the temperature rise in 30 min is not greater than 1��C, this temperature rise can be considered a stable temperature rise. 4.3.3 For the short-term quota product with a time limit of 5 min and above, the temperature rise test shall be carried out within the prescribed quota time limit. 4.4 Noise test The product��s A-weighted sound power level shall be measured according to relevant provisions of GB/T 10069.1 Method for determination of noise engineering. Special provisions on test method shall be listed in the product standard. 4.5 Over-speed test In the working voltage range, carry out the test under normal working conditions. Special requirements should be specified in the product standard. 4.6 Protective performance test 4.7 Resistance to abnormal voltage test 4.7.1 Reverse polarity test of power supply Use the product as normal load wiring. In the non-working state, when the input power supply voltage is the reverse voltage, it shall reverse the polarity of its power for 1 min. 4.7.2 Overvoltage test It shall be carried out according to the provisions of product standard. 4.8 Insulation voltage resistance test 4.9 Electromagnetic compatibility test 4.9.1 Electromagnetic immunity test 4.10 Temperature resistance test 4.11 Temperature / humidity combined cycle test Refer to test Z/AD in GB/T 2423.34; carry out the test according to relevant provisions of temperature / humidity combined cycle test method. 4.12 Vibration test Carry out the test according to the provisions of GB/T 2423.10.Fix the product on the vibration test stand and in the normal installation position; carry out the test in the non-working state. At the same time, it should install and fix the hoses, connectors, or other accessories which are connected to the product. 4.13 Salt spray test Carry out the test according to test Ka in GB/T 2423.17.provisions of salt spray test method. 4.14 Industrial solvent test Carry out the test according to the provisions of the product standard. 4.15 Surface protection test 4.16 Durability test It can be loaded directly, installed or in the laboratory bench to test. The test method, test parameters should be specified in the product standard. When the durability test expires, the basic parameters and performance of the product shall meet the requirements of the product standard.

5 Inspection rules

5.1 Qualified documents and marking Each product shall be able to leave the factory after qualification inspection and shall be attached with product certificate or mark. 5.2 Product inspection category The product inspections are classified into exit-factory inspection, acceptance inspection and type inspection. 5.3 Exit-factory inspection The exit-factory inspection items include product appearance, installation dimensions, marking and electrical performance parameters, which shall be specified in the product standard. 5.4 Acceptance inspection The user has right to carry out the acceptance according to the provisions of GB/T 2828.This Standard recommends using. 5.5 Type inspection 5.5.1 Type inspection shall be performed in one of the following situations. 5.5.2 Sampling and grouping 5.6 Other If the product otherwise specifies the test ambient temperature, the number of samples, the test items and the sequence, it shall be in accordance with the provisions of the product standard.

6 Marks, packaging, storage and preservation

6.1 Marks 6.1.1 Product mark 6.1.1.1 Each product should be fixed with product nameplate in its obvious parts.
