3 Terms and Definitions

The grade of materials in this document is based on the maximum specific total loss value P1.0/400 at a magnetic polarization of 1.0T and a frequency of 400Hz, and the nominal value of the material

5.3 Classification and code of insulating coating
The classification and code of the insulating coating shall comply with the provisions in Table 2.
6 General requirements
6.1 Production process
The production process and chemical composition of the product are determined by the manufacturer.
6.2 Delivery form
6.2.1 Products are supplied in coils, referred to as steel coils. The weight of the steel coil should meet the order requirements, the coil weight is generally 3 to 10 tons, and the special coil weight should be ordered

6.2.2 Steel coils are delivered in trimmed state.
6.2.3 The inner diameter of the steel coil should be within the range of 500mm to 520mm, and the recommended inner diameter is 508mm.
6.2.4 Steel coils should be wound continuously and tightly by steel strips of the same width, and the sides of the coils should be as straight as possible, and the coils should not collapse under their own weight.
6.3 Delivery status
The steel strip is delivered final annealed and coated with an insulating coating on both sides.
6.4 Surface conditions
6.4.1 The surface of the steel strip should be smooth and clean, free from grease, rust, and defects that affect its use.
6.4.2 The surface of the steel strip is allowed to have substrate flaws and insulating coating flaws within the allowable range of thickness deviation that do not affect the normal use of the material.

7 Technical Requirements
7.1 Magnetic properties
The magnetic properties of the products provided under the conditions of 6.3 shall comply with the provisions in Table 3.The requirements for magnetic properties after aging shall be determined by both the supplier and the buyer when ordering

7.2 Mechanical properties

7.4 Geometric properties and tolerances
7.4.1 Thickness
7.4.1.1 Nominal thickness
The nominal thickness of the product is 0.15mm, 0.20mm, 0.25mm, 0.27mm, 0.30mm and 0.35mm in six thickness specifications.
7.4.1.2 Thickness tolerance
Thickness tolerances include the following three categories, including.
- The allowable deviation of the nominal thickness within the same acceptance batch, hereinafter referred to as the allowable deviation of the nominal thickness;

7.4.2.1 Width range

7.4.3 Roughness
The unevenness (wavyness) of the steel strip should not be greater than 1.5%, and the wave height of the steel strip should not be greater than 3.0mm.
7.4.4 Sickle
The camber provisions for steel strips only apply to the trimmed delivery state. On any measured length of 2m, the camber of the strip shall not be greater than 2mm.

7.4.5 Burr height
The specified shear burr height applies only to materials delivered trimmed. The shearing burr height should not be greater than 0.035mm.
7.4.6 Residual curvature

7.5 Technical characteristics
7.5.1 Agreed Density

7.5.3 Bending times

8 Inspection and testing
8.1 Inspection lot
Steel strips shall be inspected and accepted in batches, and each inspection batch shall consist of not more than 20 tons of steel strips of the same brand, specification, heat treatment state, and insulation coating.

8.2 Sampling
8.2.1 Sampling shall be taken from each inspection lot.

8.3 Surface visual inspection of steel strip
The surface appearance quality of the strip is inspected visually.
8.4 Measurement of size and shape
The size and shape of the steel strip shall be measured with appropriate measuring tools. The size and shape of the steel strip should be no less than 3m away from both ends of the steel strip.

9 Judgment and re-inspection rules
The product judgment and re-inspection rules shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 17505.
