Hot-dip Aluminum-silicon Alloy Coating Steel Sheet and Strip
1.Chemical composition.
C.1 The chemical composition (melting analysis) of the steel should meet the requirements of Tables C.1 to C.3.
a It is allowed to replace part of Ti with Nb, and the total content of Nb and Ti should not exceed 0.30%.
a When there is no obvious yield, adopt RP0.2, otherwise adopt ReL.
b The sample is the P6 sample specified in GB/T 228.1, and the direction of the sample is transverse.
c When the nominal thickness of the product is greater than 1.5mm, r90 is allowed to decrease by 0.2; when the nominal thickness of the product is greater than 2.5mm, the provisions of r90 are no longer applicable.

b The sample is the No. 5 sample specified in JIS Z 2241, and the direction of the sample is the longitudinal direction.
c The yield strength and tensile strength in parentheses are for reference only, and can be used as specified values if required by the user and indicated in the contract.

d When the standard tensile specimen cannot be obtained from the part, HV10 can be tested on the core of the part or HRC on the surface of the part.
e The cold bending angle test must be carried out after the part or sample has been baked (170°C, 20 minutes).
f The tensile test, hardness and cold bending angle performance after hot stamping are closely related to the customer's hot stamping forming process, and are for reference only.
3.Plating weight requirements.
7.7.3 The average value of the three-point test on each surface of the non-hot stamping steel coating weight shall not be less than the nominal coating weight of the corresponding surface.
The single-point test value should not be less than 75% of the nominal coating weight of the corresponding surface.
7.7.4 The weight of the coating before hot stamping and the thickness of the coating after hot stamping of the steel used for hot stamping shall meet the requirements of Table 9.
