This standard applies to electric vehicle charging and discharging infrastructures, which use conduction methods. 2 Normative references The following documents are essential to the application of this document. For the dated documents, only the versions with the dates indicated are applicable to this document; for the undated documents, only the latest version (including all the amendments) is applicable to this standard. GB/T 19596-2017 Terminology of electric vehicles 3 Terms and definitions 3.1 Traction battery; propulsion battery A battery, that provides energy for the power system of an electric vehicle. [GB/T 19596-2017, Definition 3.3.1.1.1.1] 3.2 Charging and discharging infrastructure Infrastructures that can provide charging and discharging services, at the same time, for power batteries of electric vehicle. Note: It is mainly composed of electric vehicle charging and discharging equipments, related power supply equipment, monitoring equipment, other auxiliary equipment. 3.3 Charging and discharging operation and management system A system, which realizes the data collection, data storage, statistical analysis, operation decision-making, business service, dispatching management of electric vehicle charging and discharging related businesses. 3.4 Charging and discharging equipment An equipment, that is connected between an electric vehicle or a traction battery and the grid (or load), to achieve two-way flow of energy. Note: Generally, it includes off-board charging and discharging equipments, on- board charging and discharging equipments, AC charging and discharging spots. 3.4.1 Off-board charging and discharging equipment A dedicated equipment, which is installed outside of the electric vehicle; can realize the two-way conversion BETWEEN the AC power of the grid AND the DC power of the electric vehicle; adopts the conduction method for charging and discharging the traction battery of electric vehicles. 3.4.2 On-board charging and discharging equipment A dedicated equipment, which is installed on the electric vehicle; can realize the two-way conversion BETWEEN the AC power of the grid AND the DC power of the electric vehicle; adopts the conduction method for charging and discharging the traction battery of electric vehicles. 3.4.3 AC charging and discharging spot An equipment, which uses a conduction method to provide a two-way flow of energy, BETWEEN an electric vehicle with an on-board charging and discharging equipment AND the power grid. 3.5 Connection set for charging and discharging The components that, when charging and discharging electric vehicles, ......
