4 Inspection Rules
4.1 Product test is classified into type test, exit-factory inspection and receiving
acceptance.
4.2 Under the following conditions, type test must be carried out on products.
a) For products that art newly launched into production (including those in
transfer-plant production), type test shall be carried out before production
identification;
b) For continuously produced products, type test shall be carried out every 3-year
on those products that have passed the exit-factory acceptance;
c) Where the design, process or main component changes that affect the product
performance, type test shall be carried out before putting into production;
d) For products halting for more than two years, type test shall be carried out
before resuming the production.
4.3 Each product shall be subject to exit-factory inspection, and can only be
measured and standard test atmosphere conditions, namely.
a) Environment temperature. +15~+35°C;
b) Relative humidity. 45%~75%;
c) Atmospheric pressure. 86~106kPa.
The standard atmospheric environment conditions shall be relatively stable during the
test for each item.
5.1.3 Test power supply conditions
The power supply conditions during the test are.
a) Frequency. 50±0.5Hz;
b) A.C. power supply voltage. 220V/380V with permissible deviation of ±5%;
c) AC power supply waveform. sine wave with waveform distortion factor not
greater than 5%;
d) The unbalance factor of AC power supply system is not greater than 5%.
5.1.4 Test instrument requirements
Unless otherwise specified, the precisions of all instruments and apparatus used
during the test shall meet the following requirements.
a) The precision of common instrument shall be selected according to Table 2
based on the measured error grade;
b) The error of instrument measuring the temperature is not greater than ±1°C;
c) Instrument measuring the time. where the measuring time is greater than 1s,
the relative error is not greater than 0.5%; where the measuring time is less
than 1s, the relative error is not greater than 0.1%;
d) All test instruments and apparatus shall be within the validity of measurement
and certification.
