3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this part of LY/T 1734.
3.1
Ornamental palm plants.
3.2
Seedlings in less than 0 ℃ will be severely frost damage ornamental palm.
3.3
Seedlings can tolerate a long time of 0 ℃ low temperature, and will not be frost damage or only slight frost damage ornamental palm.
3.4
Roots and stems of the junction.
3.5
The vertical height of palms from the root of the crown to the highest point of the crown.
