1 Scope
This standard specifies the safety evaluation of genetically modified forest plants and their products.
This standard applies to the research, testing, production, processing, management and import and export of genetically modified forest plants and their products.
2 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this standard.
2.1
Use genetic engineering techniques to alter the genome of forest plants (including seeds, cuttings, and other propagules).
2.2
Including GM forest plant direct products, direct processed products and related products containing genetically modified forest plants and their product ingredients. woody
