The damage caused by forestry pests to forest plants has become a constraint to China's forestry construction, improvement of ecological environment and sustainable economic development.

1 Scope
This standard stipulates the standard of occurrence (hazard) and the standard of disaster occurrence of forestry plants by major forestry pests in China.
This standard applies to the extent of the occurrence (hazard) of forest plants and the definition of disasters by major forestry pests nationwide.
2 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this standard.
2.1
