Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard is a revision of LY/T 1658-2006 "Direct Printing Panels". This standard is mainly compared with LY/T 1658-2006.
The technical content changes as follows.
--- Revised the dimensional deviation of directly printed wood-based panels (see 5.2 and 6.2,.2006 editions 5.1.2 and 6.4);
--- Revised the appearance quality of direct printed wood-based panels (see 5.3, 5.2 of.2006 edition);
--- Removed the color stability performance of direct printed wood-based panels, surface scratch resistance indicators and test methods (see.2006 edition of 5.4,
6.2.1, 6.8 and 6.11);
--- The dry printing heat resistance, damp heat resistance, surface flame retardancy and surface wear resistance of directly printed wood-based panels are listed as non-required items, and the index values are deleted.

--- Revised the surface pollution resistance index of directly printed wood-based panels (see 5.4, 6.4.3,.2006 editions 5.4, 6.9);
--- Increased the index and test method of the content of migratory elements in direct printed wood-based panels (see 5.4, 6.4.1.4 and 6.4.6);
--- Increased the light fastness test method for directly printed wood-based panels, which is a non-required item (see 5.4, 6.4.1.4 and
6.4.9);

1 Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification, requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and direct printing of wood-based panels.
Storage, etc.
This standard is applicable to direct printed wood-based panels without special requirements such as interior decoration, furniture production and packaging.

3 Terms and definitions

The surface is printed directly, and then the artificial board is painted with polyurethane paint, photocurable unsaturated polyester resin (photosensitive) paint, and the like.
