Cereals cultivated in oats (skin oats or bare oats).
3.2
Oatmeal rice miledoats
A whole granular product processed by naked oats or shelled oatmeal as raw material, washed, milled, and inactivated.
3.3
Fatty acid value fattyacidvalue
The number of milligrams of potassium hydroxide consumed by the free fatty acid in the 100 g dry matter sample was neutralized.

Water absorption rate waterabsorptionrate
Oatmeal rice absorbs water at a certain temperature and time as a percentage of its own mass.
