1 Scope

This standard specifies the form, structure and size, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, as well as marking, packaging, and transportation of steel sludge pipes. Input and storage requirements. This standard applies to the production, inspection and use of steel sludge pipes. The maintenance of the steel sewage pipe can refer to the use.

5 Technical requirements

5. 1 Appearance 5. 1. 1 The surface of the pipe body shall be free from defects such as depressions, cracks, scars, folds, and burrs. 5. 1. 2 The flange sealing surface shall be free from cracks, scratches and other defects. 5. 2 Materials 5. 2. 1 Steel pipe or steel plate specified in GB/T 700 should be used as the material of the pipe body. 5. 2. 2 The flange material shall meet the requirements of Table 1 in GB/T 9124-2010. 5. 3 Welding Weld bevel, welding process and welding quality shall meet the requirements of "Material and Welding Code". 5. 4 Dimensional deviation 5. 4. 1 Inner diameter The allowable deviation of the inner diameter shall meet the requirements of Table 1. 6 Test method

6. 1 Test environmental conditions The test should be carried out at room temperature and in a well-ventilated environment. 6. 2 Test equipment The test equipment and requirements are as follows. a) Steel tape measure shall comply with Type A, Type B, Type C, Type D or Type E specified in ZB/T 2443; b) A square ruler shall conform to the flat shape specified in GB/T 6092; c) Vernier universal angle ruler shall conform to Type I specified in GB/T 6315; d) metal ruler shall meet the requirements of GB/T 9056; e) The caliper should meet the requirements of GB/T 21389; f) The dry film thickness gauge shall comply with the requirements of CB/T 3718. 6. 3 Appearance Visually check the appearance quality of the steel sludge pipe. 6. 4 Materials Use the method of checking the material certificate to check the material of the steel sewage pipe. 6. 5 Welding Visually inspect the weld seam surface of the steel drain pipe. 6. 6 dimensional deviation 6. 6. 1 Inner diameter Use a steel tape to measure the inner pipe wall diameter of each pipe end of the steel dredging pipe, and measure three times at different positions on the same pipe end. 7 Inspection rules

7. 1 Inspection classification 7. 1. 1 Steel silt pipe inspection is divided into type inspection and factory inspection. 7. 1. 2 Type inspection shall be carried out on steel sludge pipes in one of the following situations. a) new product production type identification; b) product transfer to factory; c) when there are major improvements in product structure, materials, and processes that may affect product performance; d) when the product is discontinued for more than one year, when it resumes production; e) required by the competent authority or quality supervision department. 7. 1. 3 The steel sludge pipe products are subject to factory inspection for each order. 7. 2 Inspection items See Table 2 for steel sludge pipe inspection items. If the re-inspection meets the requirements, it is still judged that the type of steel sewage pipe is qualified.
