introduction
The revision of this specification is based on JJF 1071-2010 "Rules for the preparation of national metrological calibration specifications", JJF 1001-2011
"General Measurement Terms and Definitions" and JJF 1059.1-2012 "Measurement Uncertainty Assessment and Representation"
According to JJF 1093-2002 "projector calibration specification" to be revised. And JJF 1093-2002 "projector calibration
Specification "compared to the editorial changes in the main technical changes are as follows.
- an illustration of the digital display device is added to the structure of the projector (see 3);
--- canceled in accordance with the size of the table on the simple, light, heavy classification, unified in accordance with the shadow screen
Inch is divided into small, medium and large (see 3);
Calibration method for indication error of optical mechanical reading device Selection of standard glass thread ruler as standard, alternative
The original standard block simplifies the calibration method (see 5.2 and 6.5.1);
--- to cancel the original specification "screen cross-line horizontal line on the longitudinal direction of the parallel movement of the guide" calibration
project;
--- to cancel the original specification "projection objective lens optical axis and projection lighting axis and the work surface perpendicularity" calibration
project;
--- to cancel the original standard "top correctness" calibration project;
--- Rotary screen (or rotary table) indication error measurement characteristics required to be reduced to an indicator;
--- simplifies the specific requirements for calibration locations in the objective lens magnification calibration method (see 6.7);
--- simplifies the indication of the calibration point distribution of the instrument's indication error, and calibrates the indication error of the digital display
(See 6.8).
The previous versions of this specification are released.
--- JJF 1093-2002;
--- JJG108-1982.

3 Overview
Projector is light, machine, electric integration of measuring instruments, the use of optical amplification principle, the measured object through the optical
After the system is enlarged, the imaging is observed on the screen. The optical principle is shown in Fig. The light beam from the light source 1 passes through
The condenser group 2 is turned into a parallel light to illuminate the object 3 to be projected onto the screen 6 through the objective lens group 4,
Perform contour measurements or coordinate measurements on the workpiece. Its main structure type is divided into vertical projector (objective lens optical axis perpendicular to the work
For the table, the structure type shown in Figure 2) and horizontal projector (objective lens parallel to the work surface, the structure type shown in Figure 3)
Two kinds.

Projectors generally according to the screen diameter D size is divided into small (D ≤ 400mm), medium (400mm D
800mm) and large (D ≥ 800mm) three categories.
4 measurement characteristics
4.1 Table vertical, horizontal (vertical) to move the straightness
The straightness error of the vertical and horizontal movement of the table is limited to 10μm.

3 Overview
The projector is an optical mechanical metering instrument. The main structure is divided into vertical projectors (the optical axis of the objective lens is perpendicular to the work
As a countertop, the structure is shown in Figure 1) and the horizontal projector (the objective optical axis is parallel to the work surface, the structure is shown in the figure)
2), its working principle is shown in Figure 3. The light beam emitted from the light source passes through the condensing mirror and becomes parallel light to illuminate the object to be measured.
Then, through the objective lens, the image is projected onto the screen, and the workpiece is subjected to contour measurement or coordinate measurement.
Figure 1 Vertical projector Figure 2 Horizontal projector
The projector's workbench is divided into a simple type (the workbench has no reading device) and a light type (the workbench's stroke is less than, etc.)
It is available in 150mm × 75mm) and heavy duty (the stroke of the table is more than 150mm × 75mm). Projector according to the screen
