Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces JG/T 5018-1992 "High Pressure Airless Spraying Machine". The main technical changes compared to JG/T 5018-1992 are as follows.
--- Revised the scope of application of high pressure airless sprayer (see Chapter 1);
--- Updated some normative references (see Chapter 2);
--- Increased and revised terms related to high pressure airless spray technology (see Chapter 3);
--- Removed the main parameters and series of high pressure airless sprayer design (see Chapter 4);
--- Requirements for the degree of protection of electrical systems (5.1.11);
--- Re-requires the life of the suction valve (5.2.11).
This standard was proposed by the Institute of Standardization of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development.

High pressure airless spraying machine
1 Scope
This standard stipulates that high-pressure airless spraying machines for spraying or conveying fluids, such as paints, resins, solvents, adhesives, etc.
The terms and definitions, models, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage are referred to as spraying machines.
This standard is applicable to normal temperature high pressure airless spraying machine with working pressure of 8MPa~50MPa and maximum flow not more than 100L/min.

3 Terms and definitions
3.1
Airless spray highpressureairlessspraying
The high-pressure fluid medium is instantaneously ejected through the conveying system, the spray gun, and the nozzle, and rapidly expands and atomizes to shoot the coating surface to form a coating.

The allowable pressure at the pump outlet when the sprayer is in operation.

The volume of fluid medium that can be pumped per unit of time at rated pressure.
