1 Subject content and application scope
This Standard specifies the product types, technical requirements and inspection rules of
chlorosulphonated polyethylene insulated cables (wires) for railway vehicles.
This Standard applies to chlorosulphonated polyethylene insulated cables (wires) for
railway vehicles of rated voltages up to and including 750 V.
Besides conforming to the requirements prescribed in this Standard, cables (wires) shall
also comply with the provisions of GB 12528.1.
2 Service characteristics
2.1 Rated voltage is 750 V.
2.2 Long-term allowable working temperature of cable.
DCH/3 shall not be greater than 70 °C;
DCH/3-100 shall not be greater than 100 °C.
2.3 Cables may be used at the occasions where is contaminated by mineral oil and fuel
oil.
2.4 Allowable bending radius for cable laying.
It shall not be less than 3 D, for outer diameter of cable (D) of 20mm or below;
It shall not be less than 5 D, for outer diameter of cable (D) of 20mm or above.
