Piler - Part 3: Accuracy
1 Scope
This Part of JB/T 13910 specifies the inspection requirements, geometric accuracy and
working accuracy of pilers.
This Part applies to the piler on the uncoiling, leveling and shearing production line for
sheet metal.
2 Terms and definitions
The following referenced documents are indispensable for the application of this
document. For dated references, only the dated version applies to this document. For
undated references, the latest edition (including any amendment) applies to this
GB/T 8170, Rules of rounding off for numerical values & expression and judgment
of limiting values
GB/T 10923, Test code of accuracy for metalforming machine
3 Inspection requirements
3.1 The accuracy inspection shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 10923.
3.2 The numerical rounding value of the inspection data shall comply with the
provisions of GB/T 8170.
3.3 During the accuracy inspection process, the mechanism and parts that affect the
accuracy shall not be adjusted.
3.4 The accuracy inspection can be carried out in an adjustable order.
3.5 Before the accuracy inspection of the piler, the supporting platform and the
supporting frame shall be leveled, and the horizontal deviation shall not exceed 0.5/1
3.6 During the inspection of working accuracy, the width side of the sheet shall be
trimmed before the inspection of the width direction in the interlayer deviation item.
3.7 During the inspection of working accuracy, the stacking deviation items shall be
inspected according to the maximum stacking height of 400 mm.
