1 Introduction
To implement the "Environmental Protection Law of the People's Republic of China" "Environmental Impact Assessment Law of the People's Republic of China" and "Construction Project Ring

This standard is the revision of the Technical Guideline for Environmental Impact Assessment (HJ 2.1-2011). The main amendments are as follows.
