Foreword

SAC/TC 72 is in charge of this English translation. In case of any doubt about the contents of English translation, the Chinese original shall be considered authoritative. This standard is drafted in accordance with the rules given in the GB/T 1.1－2009. This standard replaces the HG/T 2051.3-2013 Glass-lined agitator retreat curve impeller type in whole. 1 Scope

This standard specifies the type, basic parameters, main dimensions, requirements, packaging, transportation and storage of the glass-lined agitator—retreat curve impeller (RCI)type. This standard is applicable to the retreat curve impeller agitator of the glass-lined agitating vessels with a nominal volume of 50L-40 000L, a design temperature of -20℃ - 200℃, a nominal turning speed 70r/min - 125r/min and the linear velocity of the end of the blade of the agitator is no more than 8m/s.

B, C and D-type shaft ends are suitable for KR reactor with a nominal volume of 1 000L- 5 000L and FR reactor with a nominal volume of 3 000L -40 000L. 3.5 Marks and their examples: Take a retreat curve impeller glass-lined agitator, with A-type shaft end structure, dN 40mm shaft nominal diameter and H 920mm length, that conforms to HG/T 2051.3, as an example, it marks as follows: HG/T 2051.3-2019 14 Glass-lined agitator HG/T 2051.3—YA40—920 The meaning of each factor in the mark is as follows: Y ——Code of RCI agitator(Y)； A ——Type A shaft end structure； 40 ——Agitator with 40mm nominal diameter； 920——Agitator with 920mm length

4 Requirement

4.1 Both enamels and steels for the glass-lined agitator shall comply with GB 25025. 4.2 The manufacture, inspection and acceptance of glass lined agitators shall comply with GB 25025, this standard and drawings. 4.3 The shaft end’s sealing section of the glass-lined agitator should be accurately machined after being enameled. 4.4 The shaft end of glass lined agitator should be treated against rusting. 5 Packing, Transportation and Storage 5.1 Glass-lined agitator should be wrapped with soft materials and soundly fixed in wooden case. 5.2 Any collision should be avoided and the packing boxes should not be turned upside down when moving or transporting the glass-lined agitator. 5.3 Delivered glass-lined agitator shall be attached with the packing list, product qualification certificate and product instruction manual. 5.4 Glass-lined agitators should be stored indoors, and should not be stored or stacked in the open air. ......
