This part is the second part of GB/T 9966.
This section is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This section replaces GB/T 9966.2-2001 "Test methods for natural facing stone. Part 2. Dry, water saturated flexural strength test
method". Compared with GB/T 9966.2-2001, the main technical changes in this part are as follows.
--- Increased concentrated load bending strength test method and scope of application (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the.2001 edition);
--- Added normative references (see Chapter 2);
--- Modify and increase the size of the corresponding sample (see 4.1, 4.6,.2001, 3.1, 3.6);
--- Increased layered mark icon (see 4.4, 3.3 of.2001 version);
--- Modified the sample drying temperature and constant weight time (see 5.1.1, 4.1.1 of the.2001 version);
--- Modified loading rate (see 5.1.3,.2001 version 4.1.3);
--- Modified the water saturation test method steps (see 5.2.1, 4.2.1 of.2001 version);
--- Increased flexural strength test method after freeze-thaw cycles (see 5.3);
--- Increased the calculation of the results of concentrated load bending strength (method B) (see Chapter 6.2, Chapter 5 of the.2001 edition);
--- Added part of the test report (see Chapter 7, Chapter 6 of the.2001 edition).
This section is proposed by China Building Materials Federation.
This section is under the jurisdiction of the National Stone Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC460).
