Preface
This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces GB/T 9330.1-2008 "Plastic insulated control cables Part 1.General regulations", GB/T 9330.2-2008
"Plastic insulated control cables Part 2.PVC insulated and sheathed control cables" and GB/T 9330.3-2008 "Plastic insulation control
Cable Part 3.XLPE insulated control cable".
This standard is based on GB/T 9330.1-2008 and integrates the parts of GB/T 9330.2-2008 and GB/T 9330.3-2008
Compared with GB/T 9330.1-2008, the main technical changes are as follows.
---Added copper/plastic composite tape (foil) shielding (see 4.1.3);
--- Modify "Conductor of fixed laying cable" to "Conductor of hard structure cable" and "Conductor of mobile laying cable" to "Soft structure electrical
The conductor of the cable" (see 7.1.2, 6.1.2 of the.2008 edition);
--- Increased the shrinkage test and water absorption test of cross-linked polyethylene insulation (see Table 5);
---Increases the thickness requirements of the thinnest part of the metal (composite) belt metal layer, the requirements for the coverage rate of the metal (composite) belt shielding and the wire braiding
Evaluation requirements for the diameter of woven shielding monofilament (see 7.4);
---Added the evaluation index for the thickness of the squeezed and wrapped inner lining and the test method for the average thickness of the wrapped inner lining (see 7.5.3);
---Added the assessment requirements for the thickness of the armored steel tape and the diameter of the armored steel wire and the test method for the size of the armor layer (see 7.6.2);
---Added sheath spark test requirements (see 7.7.2);
---Increase the mechanical and physical performance requirements of insulation (see Table 5);
--- Delete the ST3 sheath (see Table 7 of the.2008 edition);
---The mechanical and physical performance requirements of the sheath have been increased (see Table 12 and Table 13);
---Added the requirements for the number of test and measurement cores (see Chapter 8);
---Added the halogen-free performance requirements of cable non-metallic materials (see Table 15);

This standard is applicable to fixed installations in occasions where the AC rated voltage U0/U is 450/750V and below, such as control, monitoring circuits and protection circuits.
