This part is the first part of GB/T 9074.
This part is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This part replaces GB/T 9074.1-2002 "Bolt or Screw and Flat Washer Assembly". This part is related to GB/T 9074.1-2002
The main technical changes are as follows.
--- When the bolt or screw is ≤ 8.8, the hardness level of the washer is changed to.200HV or 300HV (see Table 3, Chapter 4 of the.2002 edition);
--- Increase the technical requirements for non-electrolytic zinc sheet coating and phosphating (see Table 3);
--- Add "If other technical requirements or surface treatment are required, the supply and demand agreement should be provided" (see Table 3);
--- Increase the standardized combination of bolts or screws and washers (see Table 4);
--- Mark the content to increase the hardness level of the gasket (see Chapter 6);
--- Added informative Appendix A "Methods for producing bolts or screws and flat washer assemblies" (see Appendix A).
This section uses the redrafting method to modify the ISO 10644.2009 "screw and washer assembly washer hardness class.200HV
And 300HV.
The technical differences between this part and ISO 10644.2009 and their reasons are as follows.
--- In the normative reference documents, replace the international standards with Chinese standards (see Chapter 2), increase the reference to GB/T 90.1 (see Table 2),
GB/T 90.2 (see Table 2) and GB/T 1237 (see 5.1) to comply with China's fastener basic standards;
--- Increase packaging technical requirements (Table 2) to meet the basic standards of fasteners in China.

Bolt or screw and flat washer assembly
1 Scope
This part of GB/T 9074 specifies the type dimensions, technical conditions and markings for bolts or screws and flat washer assemblies.
This section applies to thread sizes M2~M12, flat bearing surfaces, bolts or screws with performance grades of 8.8, 9.8 and 10.9, flat washers
Bolts or screws and flat washer assemblies with a ring hardness rating of.200 HV or 300 HV.

3 type size
3.1 Flat washer type size should meet the requirements of GB/T 97.4.
3.2 The size of the bolts and screws for the assembly shall be in accordance with the following requirements except for the assembly of the gasket, and the rest shall comply with the corresponding country.
Standard regulations, such as GB/T 65, GB/T 67, GB/T 70.1, GB/T 818, GB/T 5782, GB/T 5783, GB/T 5784, etc..
---Bolts and screws should have a thin rod of diameter ds, the diameter of the washer should be in accordance with GB/T 97.4, so that it can rotate freely.

4 Technical conditions and reference standards
The flat washer in the assembly should be free to rotate without falling off.
Note. In order to meet the technical requirements (see Appendix A), the manufacture of bolts or screws and washer assemblies requires consideration of materials, bolts or screw blanks and washers.

a Bolts or screws in the assembly shall comply with the material and performance levels of the finished product in accordance with the relevant product standards. When a dispute arises, the arbitration test should be removed.
After the gasket, press GB/T 3098.1.
Note. Surface treated gasket hardness grades are available from the production methods described in Appendix A.
5 bolt or combination of screw and washer
5.1 Bolt or combination of screws and washers are shown in Table 4.
5.2 When assembling, the minimum inner diameter d1 of the washer and the maximum transition circle diameter da1 of the bolt or screw may occur.
It is possible that there may be contact marks at the rounded corners of the head and the torque/clamping force may be affected.
To avoid interference and contact marks, it is recommended to use U-shaped undercut bolts and screws or chamfered washers.

The marking of the assembly should include the following.

Appendix A
(informative appendix)
Bolt or screw and flat washer assembly manufacturing method
Unless otherwise specified by the supply and demand agreement, the bolts or screw and washer assemblies delivered by the manufacturer may be produced in accordance with the manufacturing method of their choice.
There are two ways to make a bolt or screw and washer assembly.
a) Method 1. After assembly of the bolts or screws and washers, the assembly is threaded. The assembly is then heat treated. bolt
Or the material of the screws and washers must be selected to ensure that all mechanical performance requirements are met.
b) Method 2. Bolts or screws and washers are separately manufactured, and the twisted threads are assembled after heat treatment.
