Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces GB/T 7157-2008 "Electric soldering iron". Compared with GB/T 7157-2008, the main technical changes are as follows.
--- Standard range has increased hot air gun products (see Chapter 1);
--- Added definition and classification of hot air guns (see Chapter 3);
--- Increased the operating temperature, temperature fluctuations and temperature linearity requirements of the constant temperature heat gun and the corresponding test methods (see Chapter 6);
--- Modified the working temperature requirements of the constant temperature soldering iron (see 5.2.2, 5.2.2 of the.2008 edition);
--- Modified the method for determining the temperature recovery rate of a constant temperature soldering iron (see 5.3, 5.3 of.2008 edition).
This standard was proposed by the China Light Industry Association.

1 Scope
This standard specifies the classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs and instructions, packaging, transportation and soldering iron and heat gun.

This standard applies to single-phase AC or DC rated voltage not greater than 250V, rated input power is not more than 500W of soldering iron and amount

An electric soldering iron whose operating temperature is proportional to the operating voltage value.

Thermostat soldering iron constant-temperaturesolderingiron
Controlled by electronic circuits or other devices, the operating temperature is not affected by changes in external factors under rated operating conditions, and can be automatically maintained.
