Foreword
This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1:1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents"
Drafting:
This document replaces GB/T 5700-2008 "Lighting Measurement Methods": Compared with GB/T 5700-2008, except for structural adjustment and editing
In addition to the modifications, the main technical changes are as follows:
a) The regulations on measurement conditions have been changed (see 4:2, 4:2 of the:2008 edition);
b) Changed the regulations on measurement content (see 4:3,:2008 version of 4:3);
c) The requirements for image luminance meters have been added to the requirements for luminance meters (see 5:2:3);
d) Added provisions on spectroradiometers, stroboscope analyzers, and distance measuring instruments (see 5:3, 5:4 and 5:8);
e) Changes in the method provisions for measuring illumination or spectral irradiance, brightness, on-site color temperature and color rendering index, glare, and lighting electrical parameters (see
6:1, 6:2, 6:4, 6:5, 6:7,:2008 version of 6:1, 6:2, 6:4, 6:5);
f) Added measurement requirements for glare and flicker (see 6:5 and 6:6);
g) Added provisions related to emergency lighting measurement (see 7:1);
h) Tunnel lighting measurement regulations have been added to road lighting measurement (see 8:2);
i) Relevant provisions on the measurement of advertising sign lighting and outdoor lighting interference light have been added to the night scene lighting measurement (see 9:4 and 9:5);
j) Added provisions for lighting measurement at outdoor work sites (see Chapter 10);
k) Added normative appendix for threshold increment calculation (see Appendix C):
