This standard replaces GB/T 5193-1985 "titanium and titanium alloy products ultrasonic flaw detection method."
This standard compared with GB/T 5193-1985, mainly in the following changes.
--- Expand the scope of cross-sectional thickness greater than titanium and titanium alloy products, ultrasonic flaw detection of 6mm;
--- Method category increased 6mm ~ 45mm flooding bars should be preferred focusing method;
--- Increases the surface roughness R Rao ≤3.2μm;
--- For the A-mode pulse reflection equipment requirements to meet the JB/T 10061 "A-mode pulse reflection type ultrasonic probe
