Foreword
The standard first law revision adopts the International Organization for Standardization (ISO ) ISO /T S22964.2006 "Milk and dairy products E. sakazakii"
The difference between the standard and the ISO method is as follows.
--- Culture temperature was changed to 36 ℃ ± 1 ℃ by the 37 ℃ ± 1 ℃;
--- E. sakazakii selectively separated by the flat ESIA to DFI, the culture temperature from 44 ℃ ± 1 ℃ to 36 ℃ ± 1 ℃;
--- The first method determines 100g (or 100mL) as the basic detection unit;
--- Adds a second method, as MPN quantitative detection of Enterobacter sakazakii detection.

1 Scope
This standard specifies the test methods in food E. sakazakii.
This standard applies to infant formula, milk and milk products and raw materials Enterobacter sakazakii test.
2 Equipment and Materials
In addition to the microbiological laboratory conventional sterilization and cultivation equipment, other equipment and materials as follows.
2.1 incubator. 25 ℃ ± 1 ℃, 36 ℃ ± 1 ℃, 44 ℃ ± 0.5 ℃.
2.2 Refrigerator. 2 ℃ ~ 5 ℃.
2.3 constant temperature water bath. 44 ℃ ± 0.5 ℃.
2.4 Balance. a sense of the amount of 0.1g.
2.5 homogenizer.
2.6 oscillator.
2.7 sterile pipette. 1mL (with 0.01mL scale), 10mL (with 0.1mL scale) or micro pipettes and tips.
2.8 sterile conical flask. capacity 100mL, 200mL, 2000mL.
2.9 sterile Petri dish. diameter of 90mm.
2.10 pH meter or pH colorimetric tubes or precision pH test paper.
2.11 VITEK automated microbial identification system).
