GB/T 4437 "Aluminum and aluminum alloy hot extrusion pipe" is divided into two parts.
--- Part 1. Seamless round tube;
--- Part 2. There are seams.
This part is the first part of GB/T 4437.
This part is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This part replaces GB/T 4437.1-2000 "Aluminum and aluminum alloy hot extruded pipe Part 1. Seamless round pipe".
The main technical differences between this part and GB/T 4437.1-2000 are as follows.

Part 1. Seamless round tube
1 Scope
This part of GB/T 4437 specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, and packages for hot-rolled seamless tubes of aluminum and aluminum alloys.
Packing, transportation, storage and quality certificate and order form (or contract).
This section applies to general industrial aluminum and aluminum alloy hot extrusion seamless round pipe (hereinafter referred to as pipe).

3 requirements
3.1 Product Classification
3.1.1 Grade, supply status
The grade and supply status of the pipe shall comply with the requirements of Table 1. When the buyer needs other grades and supply status, it is agreed by the supplier and the buyer.

3.1.2 Marking and examples
The marking of the pipe is expressed in the order of product name, standard number, grade, supply status, and size specifications. Examples of tags are as follows.

3.2 Chemical composition
The chemical composition of 5051A, 6041, 6042, 6162, 6064, 6066, 7178 grades shall comply with the requirements of Table 2, and other grades shall be chemically formed.
The points shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 3190.

3.3 Dimensional deviation
Except for pipes supplied in O, H111 and quenched state, the pipe size deviations supplied in other states shall comply with the ordinary class in GB/T 4436.
The provisions of the requirements, if you need high precision, super high precision or special requirements of the buyer, should be stated in the order form (or contract).
3.4 tensile mechanical properties at room temperature
The longitudinal room temperature tensile mechanical properties of the pipe shall comply with the requirements of Table 3. The wall thickness exceeds the pipe specified in Table 3, and its mechanical properties are supplied and demanded.
The two parties negotiated and confirmed, and indicated in the order form (or contract), the results of the test are attached when there is no indication.

3.6 Conductivity
For the conductivity of the pipe supplied in the state of 7075 alloy T73, T73510, T73511, the supplier and the buyer shall negotiate and order.
In the single (or contract), the conductivity shall comply with the requirements of Table 5; when the conductivity of other alloy pipes is required, the supplier and the buyer shall negotiate

3.7 Exfoliation corrosion performance
The pipe that indicates the peeling corrosion performance in the order form (or contract) shall be inspected according to GB/T 22639 when the order form (or contract) is indicated.
At the time, the peeling corrosion test results of the products should not appear EB~ED grade. When the method is not indicated in the order form (or contract), it is selected by the supplier.
Choose one method to detect.
3.8 Intergranular corrosion performance
When the intergranular corrosion performance requirements of the pipe are required, both the supplier and the buyer shall negotiate and indicate the intergranular corrosion depth requirement in the order form (or contract).
3.9 Stress corrosion performance
For pipes of the 7075 alloy T73, T73510, T73511 with a thickness greater than or equal to 20.00 mm, when ordering (or

3.11 Low-magnification organization

3.11.3 The thickness of the coarse crystal ring shall be agreed between the supplier and the buyer and specified in the drawing or order form (or contract).
3.11.4 For pipes with a positive or negative symmetrical deviation of the wall thickness, the layered depth on the low-magnification specimen shall not exceed the negative deviation of the wall thickness of the pipe.
The wall thickness deviation of the pipe should not exceed the allowable range; the pipe with non-positive and negative symmetrical deviation of the wall thickness should be deep in the layered specimen
The degree shall not exceed half of the sum of the absolute values of the positive and negative deviations of the pipe wall thickness. The wall thickness after the layer depth dimension is deducted shall not exceed the dimensional deviation.

3.12 Microstructure
The microstructure of the off-quenched pipe does not allow over-burning.
3.13 Appearance quality
3.13.1 The surface of the pipe shall be smooth and cracks, corrosion and foreign inclusions shall not be permitted.
