4 Principles
The sample was extracted with acetonitrile, purified and concentrated, then measured with a liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometer and quantified by the isotope internal standard method.
5 reagents or materials
Unless otherwise specified, use only analytically pure reagents.
5.1 Water. Class 1 water specified in GB/T 6682.
5.2 Acetonitrile. chromatographically pure.
5.3 Methanol. chromatographically pure.
5.4 Formic acid. chromatographically pure.
5.5 n-hexane. chromatographically pure.
5.6 0.07% formic acid methanol solution. Transfer 70 μL formic acid (5.4) into 100 mL methanol (5.3).
5.7 Fixed volume solution. methanol water = 10 90 (V1 V2).
5.8 Acetonitrile saturated n-hexane. Add acetonitrile to n-hexane to separate layers.
5.9 Hydrochloric acid solution (1mol/L).
