1 Scope
This document establishes the work procedures for passivation remediation of heavy metal-contaminated soil in agricultural product production areas and stipulates the feasibility of application of passivation remediation technology.
Assessment, passivant screening, remediation plan preparation and implementation, remediation effect assessment, environmental monitoring plan and sampling and analysis methods are described.
This document applies to agricultural products produced in areas contaminated by cadmium, arsenic, lead, chromium, copper, nickel and zinc, which have adverse effects on crop growth or soil ecological environment.
Soil remediation of adverse impacts.
This document does not apply to the remediation of soil where mercury-contaminated agricultural products are produced.
