1 Scope
This document specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of baby buoyancy swimwear.
This document is applicable to buoyant swimwear worn by infants and children aged 14 years and below with textile fabric as the main fabric.
Other wearable buoyancy products such as collars, armbands, chest straps, backpacks, etc. can be implemented by reference.
This document does not apply to life jackets and buoyancy aids with plastic as the main material.
